JOB TITLE:       Costs Draftsperson
EXPERIENCE:   3+ years’ experience

The firm's cost team handles a wide range of tasks, including preparing bills of costs, drafting points of dispute, budgets, providing advice, and conducting negotiations for personal injury, clinical negligence, court of protection, and commercial cases.

•In this position, you'll manage your own caseload, meeting client needs to provide exceptional customer service.

•Candidates must have experience drafting bills of costs and negotiating expenses within the Personal Injury law.

•Applications are open to a Costs Draftsperson with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and proven expertise in handling Claimant Personal Injury cases.
