Job Title: Receptionist
Hours: Mon - Fri 08.30-17.00 & Fri's 08:30-15:00hrs
Hourly rate: £12.63 p/h
Start: 01.05.2024
Contract: Min 6 months + (potential to become permanent)
Location: Hindley, Wigan (WN2)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist for our client based in the Wigan area.
This role will be a long-term role (minimum of 6 months +) with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
As the Receptionist, your duties will include:- First point of contact for visitors, ensuring that the visitors book is completed correctly.
- Taking inbound calls via the online telephone system and re-directing callers to the relevant team/individual.
- Supporting the leadership team with foreign travel arrangements, ensuring that all spends have a relevant PO created and approved.
- Manage the flow of inbound and outbound post.
- Ensure the stationery cupboard is fully stocked and relevant PO's are raised.
- Support the meeting room and lunch bookings when required.
As the Receptionist, you will have the following skills and experience;- Must have previous experience in a Receptionist role.
- IT literate
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent timekeeping
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Keen customer focus
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
