Learning Support Assistant (Gilfach Goch)

SET Recruitment is currently receiving requests for full-time Learning Support Assistants. While experience in a school setting is preferred, we are open to speaking with candidates who have relevant experience in coaching, volunteering, or working with children in other capacities. 

It is essential that applicants possess a desire and enthusiasm to work in this environment, as the role entails motivating, engaging, and challenging pupils of various abilities and backgrounds. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: 

• Positive yet firm behaviour management skills. 
• Ability to provide Right to Work documents. 

Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to: 

• Foster a positive learning environment to enable pupils to reach their full potential. 
• Demonstrate a full commitment to the safeguarding of children. 
• Adhere to the ethos and values of the nursery, school, or educational institution. 

Working Hours: 

• This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, following the school's operating hours. 

SET Recruitment serves as a provider to all 22 local authorities under the temporary workers and supply teachers’ framework in Wales.
