Location: Harrogate
Salary: £25,000 
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

The Opportunity
You’ll play an important role for initiating outbound calls to businesses introducing the products and obtaining quotations for retail branches focusing specifically on Insurance.
 
The Role

• Liaise with local business close to the branch in regards to identifying their need/use of insurance 
• Prospect clients via inbound and outbound calls - the majority of this is following up on leads generated by the branch
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture sales opportunities
• Accurately record the customers personal information on the database
• Pass any qualified sales leads to an account executive

 
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a driven and flexible individual with sales and call centre experience. A strong sense of delivering exceptional customer service to customers is a must.
 
Furthermore, we are looking for the following:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferably in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication skills both externally and internally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
