A thriving local business with a steady pipeline of work and planned expansion this year is about to commence a phased redevelopment in the Teignbridge area for which they need an accomplished Site Manager.

The development is a refurbishment and conversion of former office accommodation to retail space and the successful candidate would be managing the scheme from commencement to completion.

You would need to be fully au fait with all aspects of the construction process and be confident at managing the entire process with the support of a visiting Manager. SMSTS, CSCS & First aid will be essential for this role together with a proven track record gained on Main contracting works.

Great communication skills and basic admin/IT literacy are also essential to assist with the smooth delivery of this scheme.
