Production Operative

Near Carlisle | Monday – Friday | Up to £30,000 | Day shifts
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operative to join our valued client, a well-established manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Carlisle. The business specialises in metal products, using advanced machinery to shape and mould bespoke designs for customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking, reliable individuals with prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment who are looking to develop their skills and progress within a growing company.

Salary:
Starting from £26,436.80 per annum, rising to £30,000 per annum following successful completion of probation and training.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and programming machinery to manufacture metal products
• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Working efficiently within a team to meet production targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Good attention to detail
