Construction Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking developer. As construction manager you will be responsible for the delivery of several new developments throughout Cornwall.

 
Brief summary of Duties:

• Day to day management of construction on site, overseeing site managers 
• Senior member of staff able to create and update build programmes
• Involvement in pre-construction and pre commencement works
• Supporting qs’s with subcontractor tenders and selection
• Reporting on build progress
• Visiting sites regularly and holding progress meetings
• Reporting to the MD

 
You will need to have a background working for SME/Regional or Bespoke firms and be open to the new challenge of joining a growing business where you can input into the growth and long-term success of the company, under your expert guidance within the construction department.

This role would suit someone who comes with time served experience in a similar role with the enthusiasm to be involved in something completely new and pioneering to the normal market!
