Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver required for a logistics company based in Bristol, Portishead - BS20
- £14.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime paid at £21.75 per hour after 39 hours a week
- Shift times are 08:00am to 16:00 pm, with the option to begin work at 07:00am
- Start ASAP, starting off as temp with the opportunity to become permanent
- Minimum 8 hour pay guarantee.
- Delivering products including heavy goods
- Heavy lifting and manual handling required, will be fork lifted off. Will not expected to life heavy goods on own
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and safely
- Roughly 10 deliveries, dependent on route
- Vehicle to be preloaded by our warehouse operatives
- Operatives to assist in loading/unloading of vehicle
- Deliver products efficiently whilst maintaining a professional and friendly service to customers
- A valid HGV Class 2 Licence with a minimum of 1 years experience is preferred, but not essential.
- A valid drivers licence, CPC and Tachograph card.
- A clean driving licence with no more than 6 points or endorsements
- Training will be fully provided by our teams here within the warehouse
- Bank holidays & time off at Christmas.
