JOB TITLE: Agricultural Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Due to expansion, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced Agricultural Property Lawyer to join a leading team of knowledgeable rural lawyers. The appointed Agricultural Property Lawyer will be working on a varied caseload of agricultural property cases including high value farm sales and purchases, landed estates, renewable energy, estate planning and portfolio management. The firm understand that flexibility and autonomy are essential for true development. While the work on offer is rewarding and often complex, the qualities the firm look for are simple. The ability to get on with people from all walks of life.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally you will a minimum of 3 years’ experience with agricultural or expertise in commercial property law, having worked for a reputable firm, with a particular focus in transactional and unregistered property. The successful Agriculture Solicitor will be confident in dealing with all issues surrounding agriculture matters and continuously seek and find good outcomes to challenges. Possessing core skills such as communication and interpersonal skills, the ideal Agriculture Solicitor will offer advice to a varied client list and aim to maintain existing relationships as well as build new long lasting relationships. It is vital the appointed legal professional has an analytical approach towards their work ensuring it is of high quality and aim to deliver significant results to the team.
