THE ROLE:
This highly regarded firm is currently seeking an experienced solicitor to join their excellent employment team based out of their Reading office, confident managing a busy and challenging caseload. The role will encompass a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, as well as assisting the Head of Department and mentoring the more junior members of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years’ PQE and have previous broad employment law experience at a well-respected firm, as well as an enthusiastic approach to business development initiatives and strong networking skills. It is essential that you possess high professional standards, approaching your work with an emphasis on excellence and integrity, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment
