Family Solicitor

FAMILY SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, EXETER, £65,000 - £85,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded team. JOB REF:5806.

• Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE will be responsible for their own mixed caseload of privately funded cases.
• The caseload will be comprised of divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, financial work, children matters and domestic violence.
• You will have experience of high-value and complex matrimonial finance issues, divorce, and prenuptial agreements.
• You will be expected to provide supervision and support to the more junior members.
• You must be able to work to tight deadlines and perform under pressure.
• It is essential that applicants wishing to be considered for this role have a strong ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in an effective manner.
