Job Description
PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 3 + PQE, KENT, £40,000 - £70,000 DOE. On offer is a competitive benefits package including 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, private healthcare, performance bonuses, employee discounts, and regular social events. JOB REF: 3938
•You will manage a broad caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate and estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters, deputyship applications, inheritance tax and estate planning, care fees planning, and charity-related work.
•Join a busy and fast paced Private Client department with full secretarial support, requiring strong technical knowledge and experience across all aspects of private client law and client relationship management.
•The role requires a minimum of three years’ PQE and strong experience in private client work.. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, delivering high quality technical work and excellent client care.
•A STEP qualification is preferred, although not essential, and candidates who are currently studying towards STEP will also be considered.
•25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, private healthcare (after 6 months), plus legal service discounts, referral bonuses, and regular social events.
