Job Description
Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, North Yorkshire, up to £45,000 (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than just a busy caseload. You’ll have genuine autonomy, high-quality work and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued growth of a successful residential property team. JOB REF:5549.
THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than just a busy caseload.
• You will have genuine autonomy, high-quality work and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued growth of a successful residential property team.
• You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Managing a caseload of residential sales, purchases and remortgages independently.
• Liaising confidently with lenders, solicitors, agents and other key stakeholders.
• Contributing ideas and expertise to the continued development of the residential property department.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• A proven track record of managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong organisational and case management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Experience using case management systems and legal technology.
• A commercially aware and proactive approach to your work.
