We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join our client’s team.

- Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will manage the day-to-day operation to ensure effective management of the budget, efficiency and service standards of
- Manage all aspects of performance to ensure compliance with agreed KPIs.
- Responsible for QSHE and all legal compliance within the operation.
- To play a vital role in shaping the culture and approach of the workforce and supporting and
business excellence and continuous improvement of operational efficiency and customer
service standards.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement with a methodology to support business
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in managing employee relations and customer/trading relations.
- Exposure to operating within a commercial environment sufficient to develop effective customer service and commercial understanding.
- People management and line management experience.
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety and Legal compliance.
- Ability to present and communicate effectively
- Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent management, written and verbal communication and influencing skills
- Team working and customer focused attitude.
- Excellent financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- An excellent level of IT literacy.
- Management warehouse systems experience
Conditions:
- Mon- Fri 0800-1600 (flexibility required for operational adjustments)
- Salary: £50,388.00
- Weekly or monthly pay available
- Flexible approach to working hours, including covering holidays and absence when required
To be eligible you need:
- NO unspent convictions and be able to pass a basic Criminal Record Check/Disclosure (DBS check)
- Ability to provide 3 years referencing contacts and have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years.
