Pertemps Crewe are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and ever-growing Driving Division.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job Details.

• Location: Crewe
• Starting salary: £25,300 P/A + very competitive commission structure
• Duration: Permanent
• Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 0800-1730

Within this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for.

• Attracting, interviewing, and placing Industrial/Commercial candidates
• Business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services as and when required
• Networking within the local area with view to raising the companies profile within the Cheshire area
• Ensuring full compliance by ensuring both our candidates and clients are fully compliant
• Reference checking candidate prior to placing them on assignment with our clients

Requirements for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role.

• Attention to detail and ability to analyse information.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential. You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key.
• An excellent telephone manner
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• A drive, tenacity, and real customer focus
• Experience in recruitment is not required.
