Sales AdministratorWe are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a busy sales order processing team.
The company, based in Woore, supports a 'people first' culture and strives to benefit their community. Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 25% of their team have been with them for 10+ years. This is a testament to their ethos and vision. The role:
You will play a pivotal part in managing customer expectations, by scheduling and co-ordinating work. Sales Administrator main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing quotes and order processing.
- Workforce planning.
- Parts ordering.
- Project Support and internal team liaison.
- Technical support.
Ideally you would have previously worked as Sales Administrator or Sales Order Processor, Customer Service Administrator or Parts/Service Desk Assistant.
You will be an open minded individual, open to learning mechanical and electrical terminology and processes, with good problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
Sales Administrator key skills will include:
- Strong customer service skills, including telephone and email.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with Office 365.
- Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
Salary & Benefits:- Permanent position paying £23,000 £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
