Customer Service AdministratorWe are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy sales order processing team.
The company, based in Woore, supports a 'people first' culture and strives to benefit their community. Customer Service Administrator main responsibilities will include:- Managing customer expectations, by scheduling and co-ordinating work.
- Preparing quotes and order processing.
- Workforce planning.
- Part ordering.
- Project Support and internal team liaison.
- Technical support.
About you:- Ideally you would have previously worked as Customer Service Administrator or Sales Order Processor, Sales Administrator or Parts/Service Desk Assistant.
- You will have a willingness to learn and be an open minded individual, open to learning mechanical and electrical terminology and processes, with good problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to support different departments in the workplace, work as a team and independently. A strong personality, confidence and ambition will be advantageous for this role.
Customer Service Administrator key skills will include:- Strong customer service skills, including telephone and email.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with Office 365.
- Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload and self-motivate.
Customer Service Administrator Salary & Benefits:- Permanent position paying £23,000 £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
