Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy sales order processing team.
The company, based in Woore, supports a 'people first' culture and strives to benefit their community. Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 25% of their team have been with them for 10+ years. This is a testament to their ethos and vision. Trading for just under 65 years, the company has embraced both social and environmental responsibilities to ensure the long-term success of their business.

Customer Service Administrator main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer expectations, by scheduling and co-ordinating work. 
  • Preparing quotes and order processing.
  • Workforce planning.
  • Part ordering.
  • Project Support and internal team liaison.
  • Technical support.

About you:
  • Ideally you would have previously worked as Customer Service Administrator or Sales Order Processor, Sales Administrator or Parts/Service Desk Assistant.
  • You will have a willingness to learn and be an open minded individual, open to learning mechanical and electrical terminology and processes, with good problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to support different departments in the workplace, work as a team and independently. A strong personality, confidence and ambition will be advantageous for this role.

Customer Service Administrator key skills will include:
  • Strong customer service skills, including telephone and email.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient with Office 365.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload and self-motivate.

Customer Service Administrator Salary & Benefits:
  • Permanent position paying £23,000 £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Private healthcare and insurance - after probationary period
