Recruitment & Resourcing Consultant

Pertemps Daventry are recruiting for a new client with a exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Resouring Assistant.based in NN6.

Temporary to Permanent Position

£12.25 phr DOE

A Driving Licence is essential due to location.

Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm 5 days out of 7 days due to the nature of the Business, you will need to be flexible as this is to include weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.

Jobs and Responsabilites:
To provide on boarding for new recruits
360 end to end recruitment
Resourcing candidates from different digital platforms
Liasing with workers on zero hour shifts
Screening, interviewing all new applicants
Attending Recruitment Days
Processing right to work documents for all new starters within the business.
Uploading all new starters into the businesses database to ensure ready to be assigned roles when they become available.
Dealing with staff bookings but also changes to requirements of staff timings and shifts.
Supporting operations / event teams at weekends.



Candidate Experience Required
Experience wthin Recruitment and Resourcing background is essential
Be able to work 5 out of 7 days to include evenings,weekends and Bank Holidays
Understanding the Right to work regulations including EU Share Codes
Dealing with phones in and out of work time
