Site Labourer

Pertemps are currently recruiting for multiple Site Labourers to join a leading wet room installation company based near Basingstoke. This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities as a Site Labourer:

• Install tilebacker board, drainage systems, shower floor build up and waterproofing membranes to bathrooms
• Working on construction projects in London and the South East of England
• Working as part of an installation team
• Deliver a professional service to customers
• Take a proactive approach Health & Safety standards
• Complete paperwork and administrative tasks relating to the project
• Work closely with supervisors to ensure projects run smoothly and to help with problem solving when necessary

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving licence
• Experience working on construction sites
• Confident with a variety of hand tools
• Interest in installation
• Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry

The Site Labourer role:

• Varied hours of 40 – 48 hours per week
• Early start times from 6am onwards
• Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Company wide bonus schemes
