Accounts Assistant

Our client is a leading, established surveying firm dedicated to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a skilled AAT Level 2 Accounts Assistant to join the surveying team and contribute to their continued success.
 
The Role
The Sales Ledger Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records pertaining to sales transactions within the organisation. They are responsible for recording all sales transactions, tracking payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
Your duties will include:

• Recording sales transactions using Sage 50
• Issuing invoices
• Monitoring accounts receivable
• Assisting with general account assistant roles
• Cash application.
• Credit Control
• Reconciliation

Successful applicants will have previous experience as an Accounts Assistant.
Strong attention to detail
Good awareness of deadlines
Good Communication and organisational skills

Shift:           Monday to Friday
Salary:        £26,000 – £28,000
