Senior Quantity Surveyor

NCS are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Purpose of the Role
Compile relevant information for preparation of reports within required timescales. Work within established Company policies and procedures. Be aware of and actively participate in and promote HSEQ compliance across the Framework. Work within established Company policies and procedures. To undertake any other duties as and when necessary to meet the expectations and requirements of our internal and external customers.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge and working experience of the NEC suite of Contracts.
Previous framework experience within the utilities sector would be advantageous.
Relevant degree qualification
Skilled in contract costing and forecasting.
Subcontract procurement and administration.
Contract experience, supporting a project team in capturing site records for variations and valuations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
Effective time management and adherence to deadlines

Office based in Motherwell
Rate: £500 per day
45 hours per week
