TRAINEE PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

As a Trainee Production Operative, you'll be at the forefront of operations, learning the ins and outs of production processes and getting stuck in to daily tasks. Prior experience in a similar role beneficial but not essential as you will be provided with comprehensive training and support.

What you'll be doing:

• Learning how to operate programs and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with the assembly and production of our products.
• Participating in quality control checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
• Collaborating with the team to optimize production methods and processes
• Contributing ideas for improvements and innovation.
