Experienced Picker / Picker Packer – Crawley, West Sussex

We are currently recruiting experienced Pickers to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Crawley.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, speed and reliability are key. You will be picking customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected and prepared for dispatch.

Duties include:

• Picking goods accurately using RF scanners, pick lists or voice-picking systems
  
  
• Checking product codes, quantities and order details
  
  
• Packing orders where required
  
  
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse
  
  
• Supporting loading, unloading and general warehouse duties when needed
  
  
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
  
  
• Working to daily targets and dispatch deadlines
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Picker, Picker Packer or Warehouse Operative
  
  
• Confident using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology
  
  
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
  
  
• Able to work at pace in a busy environment
  
  
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
  
  
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for the shift
  
  
• Right to work in the UK
