Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Salary: £11.50 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Malvern. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent data entry skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant education in accounting/finance
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, PeopleSoft, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
