Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

Holiday Entitlement: Initially 22 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays.Our well-established international shipping and logistics client, situated in South Liverpool, is currently in search of a meticulous and experienced Sea Freight Import Clerk. This pivotal role entails overseeing the import procedures originating from various global destinations. We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, coupled with a structured Monday to Friday work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing full end-to-end import procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Receiving, meticulously processing, and maintaining shipping documentation.
- Issuing timely notices of arrival and delivering accurate clearance instructions to clients.
- Engaging in seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues and clientele worldwide.
- Coordinating deliveries promptly and effectively as required.
- Facilitating the seamless processing of purchase orders and the accurate generation of invoices.
- Maintaining and updating internal systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Candidate Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in sea freight import operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer skills, enabling effective navigation of digital platforms.
