Social Worker, £32ph, Young Adults Transition Team, Bristol
Pertemps are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Young Adults Transitions Team (YAT), with experience in completing Care Act Assessments and experience of Liquid Logic Adult System (LAS).  The ideal candidate will have experience in working with young people in the transition to adult services. They will be undertaking reviews for people between 14-25 years, liaising with education and providers, and conducting some S42 work.

This role involves hybrid working - mixed split of WFH and at City Hall.
 
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience, have completed their ASYE and is registered with the SWE.
