Job Description
We are currently recruiting for exciting permanent opportunities for Social Workers, Advanced Practitioners, and Consultant Social Workers to join Children & Families teams within Warwickshire.

You will:
- Hold a recognised qualification in Social Work
- Have successfully completed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
- Be registered with Social Work England
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex situations
- Have strong assessment and analytical skills
- Have a good understanding of current legislation, safeguarding practice, and the challenges facing children and families today
- Manage a varied and complex caseload, including children subject to Child Protection Plans, Children in Need plans, and children who are looked after
- Complete assessments of need and risk and develop effective, outcome-focused support plans
- Work collaboratively with children, young people, families, and partner agencies
- Participate in duty systems and undertake child protection enquiries with appropriate supervision
- Attend strategy meetings, child protection conferences, reviews, and legal proceedings
- Prepare high-quality reports, assessments, and court documentation
- Provide effective safeguarding support to children and families
- Social Work England registration
- Recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- Full UK driving licence
- DBS clearance
- Right to work in the UK
