EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant Required for New ARP Provision A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Streatham, Lambeth is seeking an experienced EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. The school is launching a brand-new Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) and is looking for dedicated professionals to support a number of new pupils with Special Educational Needs as they transition into the provision.

The Role As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex needs within the ARP.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual EHCP targets.
- Assist with personal care where required, maintaining the dignity and wellbeing of pupils at all times.
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, therapists, and wider multidisciplinary team.
- Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
- Support pupils with communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and independence skills.
- Previous experience supporting children with Autism and complex needs.
- Experience providing personal care support within an educational or care setting.
- A strong understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive practice.
- Experience working within EYFS or primary school settings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, resilient, and child-centred approach.
- A supportive and experienced leadership team.
