Job Description
Location: Hackney
Date: June start
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN teacher to join our team in June. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support and education to students with special educational needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans for students with SEN
- Collaborating with parents, carers, and other professionals to support student progress
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Monitoring and assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
- Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practice
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong understanding of SEN regulations and best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
