The Role:
Support pupils across the school with a range of learning, behaviour, and communication needs. You will work closely with teachers and wider staff to help pupils access learning, follow routines, stay engaged, and develop confidence in the classroom. You may provide 1:1 support, small-group intervention, and practical classroom assistance depending on pupil need.
The Candidate:
You are calm, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils who need extra support to succeed in school. You communicate clearly, stay patient in a busy SEN environment, and want practical experience in a role where your support will have a visible impact each day.

Requirements
- Degree – A 2:2 or above in a creative subject.
- Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Career Goals – A desire to pursue a career in educational or clinical psychology.
