An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant keen to join a collaborative and fast-paced boutique investment firm based in London.
Working closely with a client-facing team of Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Associates, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team. - Extensive diary and calendar management for MD-level stakeholders and wider team support
- Coordinating meetings, calls, and schedules across multiple international time zones
- Organising complex global and domestic travel arrangements
- Booking flights, accommodation, and preparing detailed itineraries
- Providing team-wide support and holiday/absence cover where required
- Assisting with overall team coordination and administrative tasks
You will bring:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Assistant, including at least 2 years within the investment sector
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
