Leading a small team but dedicated team, you will be delivering some of the nations favourite pub classics in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering brand standards across a set menu
- Training and developing your team
- Monitoring all practices to ensure exceptional health and safety at all times
- Inspiring and motivating junior members of the team
The ideal candidate will be:
- Skilled in branded environments
- Able to operate efficiently in spec kitchens
- Have a passion for developing the kitchen team
- Competent in the business aspect of managing a kitchen
