The firm are looking to bring on several conveyancers in order to keep up with the demand of the work coming through the doors! 

You are expected to have at least 12 months experience running a caseload of FH/LH, Sales and Purchase files. 

Responsibilities: 

- effectively work with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, to provide advice and assistance
- Provide excellent client care
- Run a caseload independently

Requirements: 

- 12 months experience running a caseload
- Professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail
