About the role:
The position is for a Team Manager in the Children's Assessment Service based in East Yorkshire.
Duties include;
- Managing and supervising a team of social workers.
- Undetaking case and personal supervision.
- Chairing stratgey meetings, overseeing and siging off of s.47 investigations.
- Signing off assessments.
- Quality assurance work.
- Understanding data and performance management.
- Keeping accurate and up to date records.
What you need:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Social Work England registration
- At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities
- Team Manager experience
- Completed relevant post-qualifying training
- Enhanced DBS check
- Excellent communication and written skills
