Are you an experienced Residential Property Paralegal or Legal Assistant looking to join a friendly, well-established law firm where your career can continue to grow?

Our client is a respected Bristol law firm with a strong reputation for excellent client service and a supportive team culture. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a confident conveyancing professional with previous residential property experience to join their busy and successful team.

You'll play a key role in supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Client onboarding and file opening
  
  
• Preparing legal documents and contract packs
  
  
• Ordering searches and managing compliance checks
  
  
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors
  
  
• Assisting with exchanges, completions and post-completion matters
  
  
• SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  
  
• Providing exceptional client care throughout the transaction
  
  

To be successful:

• Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing
  
  
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
  
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  
  
• High attention to detail and client-focused approach
  
  
• Experience using a legal case management system
