THE ROLE:
You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters across both the public and private sectors, including drafting and negotiating retail leases and agreements, acquisitions, and mixed-use development work, alongside due diligence and client support. Additionally, you will also obtain indemnity insurance quotes, liaise with brokers and underwriters, conduct legal research, attend client and multi-party meetings, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Working with respected clients on high-value transactions in a fast-paced environment, this position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and commercial skills within a supportive and successful team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm are accepting applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with solid technical experience gained from another leading national or regional firm where you have a track record of handling a broad range of good quality commercial property work. You will demonstrate a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly, alongside a proactive approach and a willingness to contribute to practice and sector development.
