THE ROLE:
An experienced Litigation Solicitor is sought to provide locum support within a well-established litigation team. From day one, you will take responsibility for managing your own caseload independently, handling matters from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will advise clients across a broad range of contentious matters, delivering commercially focused legal advice and high standards of client care whilst ensuring files are progressed efficiently and effectively.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and experience handling a broad range of litigation matters.
You will have expertise in areas including landlord and tenant disputes, employment matters, contentious probate and commercial litigation. The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and quickly integrate into a busy team is essential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive, professional and client-focused approach, together with excellent communication and organisational skills.
