A well-regarded, purpose-led law firm in Devon is seeking a Locum Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to support their team on an initial 3–6 month contract.

The Role:
- Managing a caseload of commercial and residential property matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases and transfers
- Conducting title reviews and Land Registry work
- Working both independently and as part of a supportive team
Requirements:
- NQ – 2 years’ PQE in property law
- Experience handling residential and/or commercial property matters
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Details:
- £45–£65 per hour (DOE)
- Ideally full-time, though a minimum of 3 days per week will be considered
- Immediate start preferred
