The REC Awards are the UK’s most prestigious recruitment awards, recognising individuals and teams who deliver outstanding performance, professionalism and a lasting impact in the industry.
Agency Star of the Year is one of seven individual categories celebrating exceptional recruiters, while Recruiter of the Year is awarded to the overall standout among all individual category winners – the ultimate “winner of winners."
Imani’s double win reflects her exceptional work in temporary recruitment and the wider impact she has at her agency. Her strong results, client and candidate care and improvements in service quality and efficiency set her apart. The judging panel highlighted that Imani has “combined commercial success with a commitment to diversity and inclusion, showing that doing good and doing well go hand in hand.”
