Pertemps Network Group has retained its status as a gold level Investor in People.
The West Midlands-based business was reassessed recently after extensive interviews with staff and checking processes and policies in place to help develop colleagues.
Pertemps has been accredited by awarding body Investors in People (IIP) for more than 15 years, reflecting the amount of time and resource it devotes to looking after its people, creating a great place to work and helping develop their skills and careers.
In May 2023, it was announced that the company had been awarded We Invest In People Gold Accreditation for the first time. Now it has retained the accolade after maintaining the highest standards, which came under strict scrutiny.

Over the last 30 years IIP have accredited more than 50,000 organisations. The ‘We invest in people’ accreditation is recognised in 66 countries around the world, which makes it the global benchmark when it comes to people management. Across the UK, only 16 per cent of companies hold Investor In People status.
