Posted 2 years ago •

Midlands-based recruitment agency Pertemps Network Group is a proud sponsor of the prestigious LadiesFirst awards, an initiative dedicated to recognising and celebrating the achievements of female entrepreneurs.

The LadiesFirst Awards, directed by Tracey McAtamney, stands as a beacon of empowerment, honouring women across the Midlands who have not only shattered glass ceilings, but have also become trailblazers in their respective industries. LadiesFirst recently marked its remarkable 10-year milestone.

Pertemps, known for its commitment to diversity and inclusion having recently been singled out for a gold award from Investors in People for its work in this area, emphasises its belief in the importance of creating opportunities for women to thrive and excel.

Carmen Watson, Chair of Pertemps Network Group, said: “Pertemps is honoured to support the LadiesFirst Awards and stand alongside women who are making significant strides in entrepreneurship.

“We believe in the power of diversity and are committed to championing women's achievements in business.

“This sponsorship is a testament to our belief that empowering women strengthens not only businesses but society as a whole."

Tracey McAtamney, Director of LadiesFirst, added: “We are delighted to have Pertemps on board for another year as a sponsor for the LadiesFirst Awards.

“Their commitment to promoting diversity aligns perfectly with our mission to celebrate the achievements of women in business.

“Together, we can inspire the next generation of female entrepreneurs and create a more inclusive business environment."

The LadiesFirst Awards ceremony, scheduled for 13th June, promises to be an inspiring event bringing together accomplished female entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and advocates for gender equality.
