With 34 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, she brings expertise in strategic vision and leadership, as well as an established track record for excellence in client relations.

Julie's career started in an independent recruitment business, before progressing to national and multinational brands.

Now she is looking forward to taking up a new challenge and exploring the opportunities for business development at West Midlands-based Pertemps.

Julie said: “I am incredibly excited to embark on this new challenge with Pertemps and leverage our expertise to create value for our customers.

“Even though Pertemps has grown dramatically, it has kept its family feel. It is great to be part of an organisation which is owned by its people.”

“As a business, we continue to invest in our people and target key talent and expertise to support our sales strategy. We are confident that Julie’s contributions will play a significant role in propelling Pertemps to new heights.”

Pertemps, which employs more than 1,500 people nationwide and places over 25,000 flexible workers into assignments every week, has its headquarters in Meriden.
