Samantha Leleu appointed Chair of AELP Logistics and Transport Sector Forum

Samantha Leleu, Director at PDT Fleet Training and Pertemps South West, has been appointed Chair of the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) Logistics and Transport Sector Forum.

The honour marks a pivotal moment in Sam’s 22-year career in logistics, transport and workforce development.

The Chair role is a key strategic position within AELP, focused on shaping national skills policy and championing practical, future-facing workforce solutions across the sector.

Sam said: “I’m proud to accept the role of Chair for the AELP Logistics and Transport Sector Forum and incredibly grateful to those who supported my nomination,

“With over two decades of experience, spanning operations, workforce development, and strategic training delivery, I’ve seen first-hand the critical role our industry plays, and how urgent the need is for scalable workforce solutions.

“This is a time of significant change, but also one of great opportunity. As Chair, I’m committed to supporting providers, employers and stakeholders to collaborate, innovate and build a workforce that meets both today’s economic demands and the aspirations of tomorrow’s talent.
