Residential Property Solicitor

An established and highly respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) with 5+ years' PQE to join its successful Residential Property team in Bristol.This is an excellent opportunity to handle a quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment, while benefiting from flexible working, genuine career progression, and ongoing professional development.

You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  
  
• Remortgages
  
  
• Transfers of equity
  
  
• New build transactions
  
  
• Shared ownership matters
  
  
• General residential property work
  
  

You will work closely with clients and third parties, ensuring transactions progress smoothly while delivering outstanding client service.

To be successful, you will have:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential property law
  
  
• Experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
  
  
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
  
  
• Excellent communication and client care skills
  
  
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  
  
• A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
