Electrician
Southampton
£43,000 per annum + van
You’ll work on a variety of planned investment and refurbishment projects, from full property rewires and consumer unit upgrades to electrical improvements as part of kitchen, bathroom and major refurbishment programmes.
What you’ll do
Carry out high-quality electrical installations, upgrades and testing.
Complete full and partial rewires and consumer unit replacements.
Undertake electrical works as part of kitchen, bathroom and property refurbishment programmes.
Ensure all work meets current safety, quality and compliance standards.
Work across Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury and surrounding areas, with occasional work around Guildford, Portsmouth and neighbouring locations.
What you’ll need
NVQ/AM2 (or equivalent)
2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
Current 18th Edition qualification
Full UK driving license
Experience in social housing, planned maintenance, property investment or refurbishment would be advantageous.
