Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Newton Aycliffe, County Durham
Pay rate: £18.38ph
Shifts: 39hrs per week - 3 shift pattern

Overview:
An established international manufacturing company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join its production team at its Newton Aycliffe facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment with strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery in line with standard operating procedures
• Ensure consistent product quality by performing regular checks and inspections
• Troubleshoot machine faults and escalate issues where necessary
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Experience operating machinery or automated equipment is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work 3 shift pattern
