RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, £40,000 - £60,000 KENT. Competitive benefits package featuring 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, private healthcare, bonuses, employee discounts, and company social events. JOB REF: 3937

•The appointed solicitor will manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, stamp duty matters, title checks, searches, and enquiries.

•You will handle more complex leasehold and commercial transactions such as lease renewals, refinancing, and business acquisitions, while supporting business development activities within a busy and growing team with full secretarial support provided.

•The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE and strong residential conveyancing experience; commercial experience would be advantageous.

•The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision, while delivering excellent client care and contributing positively to the team.
