Since launching the partnership in 2023/24, the Os and Pertemps have worked together to streamline recruitment for the club and help ensure a strong talent pipeline to meet the business needs of the side.

Ravi Patel, Leyton Orient’s Chief Commercial Officer, said: “It’s great to be able to continue our work with Pertemps.

“We can clearly see the benefits of a long-term partnership with a talent solutions specialist.”

Pertemps’ has recently been awarded Investors in People Gold Status and has retained its place on the Top 100 Best Companies to Work for in the UK for the last 17 years.

Pedro Tsiamas, Branch Manager at Pertemps London Commercial, said: “We have had some great wins with Leyton Orient over the last season and we are looking forward to improving on that in the next campaign.”

Pertemps, based in Meriden, West Midlands, and one of the largest independent recruitment specialists in the UK, was originally established above a dress shop in Birmingham in 1961. It now has more than 200 offices across the country.

In addition to their network of offices, the Pertemps family consists of many complementary businesses specialising in niche recruitment solutions.
